Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:

As a doctor, I have long felt that Viagra is the best medication for ED. When the FDA has not approved the drug, I have a hard time telling whether this drug was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or by a doctor.
If you have erectile dysfunction, you may be having a little extra of this medication, but the FDA does not have a firm enough body to approve it. It is a drug that is not a cure for ED and has many of the same side effects as other drugs.
Viagra has not been approved by the FDA because it does not have the same active ingredient as other drugs. That means that it is not a cure for ED. It also does not provide the same efficacy as other drugs but is not the same as a drug for which other drugs have an unknown efficacy.
Viagra has a few side effects but the FDA has not approved it. I know of a number of studies showing that Viagra does not have a lower risk of side effects than Cialis (tadalafil). The FDA does not want to be the first to approve a drug for ED. It is not approved by the FDA for that purpose, so you will not find out that a drug does not have to be prescribed to you.
If you do have the side effects of Viagra, do not try to stop taking it. You will only be able to use the medication for a short time, and the effects of the drug will not last much longer.
The side effects are very similar to those of other drugs and you will only be able to have them if you are taking the drug for a longer time. It will be helpful to have some kind of medical history or medical information with the patient.
As a doctor, I have long felt that Viagra (tadalafil) is the best medication for erectile dysfunction.
